Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating in the "Strength of Prayer $400 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway" (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Strength of Prayer (strengthofprayer.com).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must be legal residents of countries where participating in such a giveaway is permitted by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Strength of Prayer are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaways begin on [1 June 2025, 9:00 AM AEST] and end on [31 December 2025, 11:59 PM AEST] ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, eligible individuals must:
Make a minimum donation of $10 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) to Strength of Prayer via our official donation process on strengthofprayer.com during the Giveaway Period.
Each donation of $10 USD (or equivalent) will grant one (1) entry into the Giveaway. For example, a $20 donation would grant two (2) entries.
There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may obtain through donations.
Your donation directly supports the mission of Strength of Prayer to help people through prayer.
No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $400 USD Amazon Gift Card (or an equivalent amount in the winner's local currency if an Amazon Gift Card is not available or feasible in their region).
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Strength of Prayer.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The draw will occur within one business day after a full Giveaway draw.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during the donation process within five (5) business days of the draw.
To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) business days from the date the notification was sent.
Failure to respond within the stipulated time, or if the notification is undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be sent digitally to the winner's confirmed email address after successful verification and confirmation.
Strength of Prayer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect email addresses provided by the winner.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Strength of Prayer the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Strength of Prayer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Strength of Prayer's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
Strength of Prayer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Decisions of Strength of Prayer regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.
11. Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Amazon. You understand that you are providing your information to Strength of Prayer and not to Facebook or Amazon. This giveaway is solely conducted by Strength of Prayer.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Strength of Prayer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with this Giveaway, including but not limited to: (a) the participant’s entry into the Giveaway; (b) the participant’s acceptance or use of the prize; or (c) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Strength of Prayer’s Privacy Policy, available on strengthofprayer.com.
14. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
